Rihanna Shows Off New Fenty Body Glitter In A Brand-New Tutorial
It's a known fact that anything Rihanna touches—socks, clothes, sunglasses, and of course, makeup—turns to gold. Now, she's using her magic to revive an old friend from your tweenage years: body glitter. Remember that sticky, colorful jelly shimmer we'd all slather on ourselves? It's coming back, this time with the Fenty Beauty seal of approval.
Rihanna teased the new products on her Instagram stories on March 26. "Say hello to the brand new #BodyLava," she wrote, "Mine are almost empty."
In her videos, one bottle was a pearl-peach shade and the other was more bronze-golden. She also showed the packaging, which described the Body Lava as a "body luminizer." This is notably the first time Fenty Beauty is officially venturing into the body category (although I know you've been dusting Trophy Wife all over since it first dropped in September).
As if that news weren't exciting enough, Rihanna treated us all to a full tutorial using another new launch: a kabuki brush. She blended the pearl shade on her shoulders and the bronze shade on her collarbones. Rih also used my new favorite hashtag, #whoneedsclothes.
Fenty Beauty Body Lava, which we like to think of as "Rihanna in a bottle," drops April 6. Hopefully it will be warm enough by then. #whoneedsclothes indeed.
