TIPS ON HOW TO IMPROVE AND MAINTAIN THE FRESHNESS OF YOUR SKIN




A lot of things can affect the way our skin looks, from stress, to eating habits, to hygiene routine and a whole lot more. 

The following things below can help improve and maintain your skin:

1. COCONUT OIL:


This oil is more like a multi-purpose oil, but for your face before you have your bath at night or in the morning rub it into your face and massage in and wash off with warm water, you can do a quick warm water rinse before application. Also you can put into your lotion and rub everyday.

2.BIO OIL:



This is known for clearing scars, marks, acne and stretch marks; so rub on your face gently and sleep on silk pillow case overnight.

3.SHEA BUTTER:


Popularly referred to in Western Nigeria as Ori, This can be used straight as a cream as it helps tone skin, or in case you don’t like the smell you can mix a little quantity with your cream as well.


4. ALOE VERA GEL:

This can be used as a face mask, apply and leave for as long as you can and rinse off with cold or warm water, with continuous use, your face becomes and feels fresher and smoother.


5. BENTONITE CLAY:




This is a face mask, often used in spas for facial treatments but you can also do it yourself, rinse face with warm water and apply all over face carefully avoiding your eyes and mouth, and then go about your daily activities, when it feels a bit dry you can wash off with warm water.

6. EPSOM SALT:



This is a spa salt, but for home use can be put into bathing water.
You should inculcate this into your skin care regime or make one if you don’t already have.
